Playing good golf involves proper sleeping habits
Did you know that you can play a better game in golf by just having a good sleep? Yes you can; and having good (and enough) sleep is highly advantageous in any aspect of life. Less sleep means bad game. The importance of getting at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep at night is that we can relax our bodies and mind and be prepared for a game the next day. There are also some activities that can give us better sleeping habits, and proper hydration is a must as well as avoiding too much caffeine.
