Fitness in Golf: Transfer your weight for powerful shots
Transferring weight is one area in golf that's always been emphasized if you want to be called a ‘heavy-hitter'. That's where fitness is involved; and once again fitness instructor Averee Dovsek is here to help us. Transferring the weight from your back foot onto the other will always be important, as leaving it will only do you worse. Doing this during your swing will make you execute those power shots; but not if you don't know how to make the weight transfer.
