Fitness instructor Averee Dovsek has once again shared us her wisdom in golf athletics and this time, she's doing duck walks; mainly to add distance to your shots. Why duck walks? It's just because they improve stability and mobility in performing your golf swing, thus improving the distance of your shots. Duck walks are great exercise drills for every kind of sport, or even if you're just doing some normal fitness routine.
