According to reliable sources, Nicklaus Companies filed a complaint last May 13 against Jack Nicklaus for tortious interference, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The complaint claims Nicklaus was paid $145 million in 2007 to provide exclusive services and property to the Nicklaus Companies. The suit also alleges Nicklaus has failed to deliver on the terms of the deal and accusing him of working on occasion directly against the company. On the other hand, Jack said that these allegations are untrue and he doesn't intend to make a public spectacle out of it.
