Nelly Korda rejoices in winning first major title at KPMG Women’s PGA Championship
It was all smiles after all, as Nelly Korda nailed her first major title at the 2021 KPMG Women's PGA Championship. Not only she did win the event, she now holds the top spot at the rankings as she won for the 3rd time this year. It was a good final round as Korda closed out at 4-under 68 (total of 269, 19-under) to defeat Lizette Salas by 3 shots and the crowd at the Atlanta Athletic Club were all impressed with her performance. Her sister Jessica held a champagne bottle in celebration of her sister's victory and LPGA's newly-crowned major title holder.
