Jin Young Ko with an early lead at the Cambia Portland Classic

Fresh off of a good showing at the Tokyo Olympics, Jin Young Ko was back to business by grabbing the lead at the 2021 Cambia Portland Classic heading into the weekend. The #2 ranked golfer had 3 bogeys in the opening round but eventually had the momentum on her side after 6 birdies and 1 bogey on the 2nd round. Meanwhile, Hall-of-Famer Laura Davies made the cut after a 75, and trailing Ko at the 2nd is Scottish pro Gemma Dryburgh.
