Harry Higgs withdraws from Vivint; tests positive for COVID19

Harry Higgs won't be able to play at the Vivint Houston Open and it's because of the positive results he had after testing for the COVID19 virus. While he was disappointed by the situation, he has high hopes in returning back to golf once it's safe and cleared by health officials. Higgs has 2 professional wins under his belt, including the 2019 Price Cutter Charity on the Korn Ferry Tour, and his replacement in the field will be Kramer Hickok.
