Lexi Thompson’s caddie quits mid-round due to extreme heat at Tokyo Olympics

The Tokyo Olympics proved to be a tough spot to play on specially for golfers and also their caddies. One in particular is Lexi Thompson's caddie, Jack Fulghum, who had enough of the extreme heat eventually leaving his duties during the first day of women's competition. Thompson was so concerned about Fulghum that she only wants him to be healthy, telling him to take a seat under some shade and rest. Fulghum was temporarily replaced by LPGA director Donna Wilkins who was present at the area.
