John Daly surprises everyone with contention

You heard it right, John Daly is in contention (serious contention) at the European Tour. With this kind of situation and if given the fact that John wins, he would be the oldest winner in Euro Tour history. His only Euro title was last 2001 at the BMW International Open, winning with a 1 stroke lead over Padraig Harrington.
