Ireland has now resumed its golf activities after its closure for almost a year after the COVID19 pandemic hit a global scale. England, a nearby country, recently re-opened its golf operations last March as well as the northern part of Ireland early this April. There was a reported increase of membership registrations as golf was reported to be one of the sports to be resumed first. But despite this recent news which excites golfers in the area, strict health protocols are still being implemented and must be followed in order to ensure safety and prevent further spread of the virus.
