Haley Moore wins the Cactus Tour amidst virus outbreak

Nothing can stop LPGA rookie Haley Moore from winning, and she quite impressed on her victory at the Cactus Tour event. Moore, who fired a final round 69, won by 2 strokes ahead of Sophia Popov despite the pandemic COVID19 virus. While some other LPGA events are either cancelled or suspended, Moore has been one busy golfer having participated in events around Phoenix for last 3 weeks.
