Bubba Watson leaves PGA Tour for LIV Golf

Bubba Watson is currently recovering from a torn meniscus and has missed the majority of 2022, but that doesn't stop him from making some moves. The 12-time PGA Tour winner just recently announced on social media that he has resigned from the PGA Tour, and is headed to its rival league LIV Golf. His last win on Tour came at the 2018 Travelers Championship, an event he’s won three times, but fallen all the way to #90 in the Official World Golf Ranking. Watson probably won't be returning for the remainder of the year as he's making sure that he's 100% when he returns to competition by 2023.
