Once a top-ranked golfer at the Official World Golf Rankings, Bryson DeChambeau's position at the rankings continue to drop (currently at 48th) after leaving the PGA Tour for rival league LIV Golf. His last Tour start came at the 150th Open Championship at St. Andrews where he finished T-8. During LIV Golf's event in Bangkok, DeChambeau issued some strong words regarding world ranking points, in reference to LIV's new alliance MENA Tour. With star players like Dustin Johnson and Cameron Smith already winning on LIV, DeChambeau is still searching for a finish better than 10th.
