Who missed the cut at the 2021 Valero Texas Open?

There will always be golfers who won't advance to play during a tournament and no one is an exception, even if you're at the top of the rankings or a Hall-of-Famer. Unfortunately, the 2021 Valero Texas Open has seen some missed cuts including some notable golfers who had some spectators surprised. On top of this list is Phil Mickelson, who scored in double digits enough to knock him out of the tournament. Another one is Jim Furyk who scored an opening round 77 eventually never making it to the 2nd round.
