For LPGA pro Jennifer Kupcho, she has her own on-course snack that helps her play and perform well and it's not any protein-based drink; it's simply a banana. Yes, banana can give out boosts of protein but more than that it can provide enough energy and stability since it's known as a good source of potassium, which is good for the bones. It was seen during Kupcho's final round at the 2019 ANWA wherein she had a 4-stroke victory against Maria Fassi.
