Tokyo Olympics: Fans are not allowed after new COVID19 implementations

Sad to say but there won't be any fans at the upcoming Tokyo Olympics as there's a new declaration as state of emergency due to COVID19. Officials said that the games will push through as scheduled but the health and safety of all involved is always their priority. COVID19 cases in Tokyo has been up and just this past Thursday, there were almost 900 reported cases which was higher in about a week. Although the excitement by the fans can't be denied, they will still be allowed outside of Tokyo where there are no declarations of state of emergency.
