You might not know the name Jim Mackay but if you're an avid fan of golf, maybe you know the name ‘Bones'. And it's Mackay's famous nickname and has been a long-time caddie to some of golf's best, including Justin Thomas and Phil Mickelson. The only question is, do you really know how did he got the name ‘Bones'? The short answer is this; Fred Couples, as he called him Bones early on in his career and the name has stuck ever since.
