Some thoughts on having a shot clock in golf
Just like in basketball, shot clock is used to make a quick pacing during a game and to try to shoot the ball in a shot period of time (seconds). The big question is this: should the shot clock also be incorporated when playing golf? This is quite a discussion lately as many believe that shot clock should now be used specially on pros. Generally speaking, no one wants to see a slow play during a golf match and by adding a shot clock rule, this may further improve golf's naturally slow pace.
