Paul Casey withdraws name from the Masters field

Paul Casey withdrew his name before the start of his first round at the 2022 Masters Tournament in Augusta. Ranked 25th in the Official World Golf Ranking, Casey was about to tee off alongside Bryon DeChambeau and Cameron Smith but was forced to pull out because of an undisclosed injury. He recently played the Par 3 Contest with his son Lex, and also participated in practice rounds.
