LPGA cancels Buick LPGA Shanghai for 3rd time due to COVID19 issues

For the third time since the COVID19 pandemic hit, LPGA Tour has confirmed that the 2022 Buick LPGA Shanghai has been canceled due to ongoing COVID-19-related restrictions. The last title winner is Danielle Kang who won it last 2019 but challengers will have to wait to get a crack at the trophy. The next Asian swing will begin in late October with the BMW Ladies Championship in South Korea, then will continue on to Taiwan and Japan before returning to Florida for the last two events.
