According to studies, the best players consistently create space for themselves to swing freely during both their backswings and downswings. On the easy end, there are 4 quick moves in order to gain power and improve your consistency to your game. First, set up like an athlete, then load your trail hip. Next is to keep your chest down and last (and most important) is to turn, but don’t flip. These moves is based on top golf teacher Dave Phillips' study and analysis which even he developed the SPACE acronym, which stands for speed, power, accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
