Knee injury forces Brooks Koepka to withdraw from the Players Championship

According to sources, Brooks Koepka won't be participating at the 2021 Player's Championship after an injury to his right knee. Koepka is set to receive medical procedures and observations after straining his right knee, which caused him to withdrew his name at the field. Knee problems aren't new to Koepka, as his left knee also gave him problems during the 2019 CJ Cup and thereafter due to a partially torn patella tendon. Replacing him on the tournament is Indian pro Anirban Lahiri, who has 7 wins on the Asian Tour.
