Hip movement; a vital part in adding more distance
The support of your legs and feet is important when you swing your club, but another important thing to remember is to move your hips. One problem that usually occurs is that golfers swing with their hips open wherein they can't face the ball for impact. This results in a slice and (most of all) is very prone to injury.
