Does changing some rules in golf produce good or bad results?
Changing the rules in golf and modernizing is needed since the game of golf has evolved since it began. However, when changes are applied, there are some advantages to it as well as disadvantages. The people at USGA and R&A do exert some time and effort for reviewing thoroughly some rules that might need changes and clearly it's one difficult thing for them to do.
