Brandt Snedeker on to an early lead at the Vivint Houston Open
We are witnessing a well-focused Brandt Snedeker and as the 1st round ends, he just played so well with high hopes of taking home the win. Snedeker, who scored scored birdies on three par-5's, fired an opening round 65 taking a 2-stroke lead over 12-time Tour winner Jason Day. Snedeker struggled last season wherein he recorded only 1 top-10 finish and went down the rankings, but this lead can give him the motivation he needs to earn his first win in 2 years.
