Adding distance to your shots requires power and there's a quicker way in achieving this; in fact there are 2 simple drills for this one. This particular drill involves the legs, as this body part literally generates power into our swing. Hip turn also plays an important role in these drills mainly for rotation upon swing. The 2 drills are the single-leg swing drill and the jump-rope drill; both easy ways in gaining distance and power to your shots.
