14 years removed her last LPGA major, LPGA legend Annika Sorenstam fired a 3-over 74, her best result of the day at the 2022 US Women's Open in North Carolina. With her husband Mike McGee caddying, she will have to work even more to make the cut in her first LPGA major since 2008. She is also one of two players over 40 in the field of 156, joined by 44-year-old Angela Stanford.
