Anna Nordqvist records 3rd major title; wins at the 2021 AIG Women’s British Open

Swedish LPGA pro Anna Nordqvist couldn't be more happy this time around; ending her almost-4 year drought in the LPGA Tour. Nordqvist won the 2021 AIG Women's British Open for her 3rd major title, on a 1-shot victory over Lizette Salas, Georgia Hall and fellow Swede Madelene Sagstrom. Carnoustie is one of the best and historic golf courses in history and Nordqvist wasn't wasting any effort, evident on her 12-under 276 finish to go along with a winner's share of 870,000 USD. She now has 9 LPGA Tour wins which includes the 2 other major title wins; 2009 LPGA Championship and 2017 Evian Championship.
