Alex Cejka grabs the lead after the 1st round of the 2022 Bridgestone Senior Players

4-time European Tour winner Alex Cejka got off to a hot start, birdieing four of his first seven holes then adding two more circles to the card over his last three holes to sign for a bogey-free, 6-under 64 at the opening round of the Bridgestone Senior Players Championship. Cejka is currently leading by 2 shots over David Toms, who made 6 birdies and 2 bogeys en route to a 4-under 66. Last year’s champion, Steve Stricker, is tied at 19th and six shots back of the lead.
