2021 British Open: Notables who missed the cut
For those who are still in the tournament, they have the chance to win the major event but for those who missed the cut, well there's always another time. Royal St. George's can be a tough course to play and these players might have just experienced it. Leading the notables who missed the cut is Phil Mickelson who was 12-over while tournament favorite Patrick Reed also slipped with 3-over. Another Patrick followed them as Patrick Cantlay posted a 3-over while 12-time PGA Tour winner Jason Day also missed with a 5-over.
