Different golfer, different caddie, different amount of tip to be handed out. In light of the recent Matt Kuchar issue wherein he tipped his caddie $2,000 from his total winnings of $1.3 million, many are asking how much should a caddie be tipped. The answer differs but it should start with a mutual conversation on how much is agreed by both parties. For sure, caddies have also a very intricate job carrying the bag and even cleaning the gear so they should be given the proper amount.
