The new Wilson Triad golf balls is designed to fit perfectly between the Staff Model and Staff Model R golf balls. If you want to hit more fairways, hold more greens and reliable performance around the greens, the Triad golf ball is the best for you. Wilson removed some of the weight from the core and shifted it into the mantle layer that encases the core. The Triad spins about 5 percent less compared to the Staff Model balls. A thin, cast-urethane cover is included to boost spin on short-iron shots, chips, and pitches.
