Tiger Woods-designed course put on hold
It was previously reported that Tiger Woods would be designing a top-of-the-line golf course in Chicago. It was approximately a year ago and up to now, course construction is still on hold. Cause for its pending construction is a red tape even though it was already approved by Chicago major Rahm Emanuel.
