Simply put: a SLICE is a golf shot wherein the ball curves from left all the way to the right and is often a result of a mishit, while a BLOCK happens when you slide with your body so hard enough during the downswing which can result to wrongfully execute your shot. Both the SLICE and BLOCK results to an awkward shot and if you want to improve on this particular area, you should start with your clubface and focus on its angle.
