Say goodbye to that sliding issue with this simple fix

Sliding is one problematic issue and a common error in your golf swing, and it's also the one thing that separates high handicapped players to the low handicapped ones. High-handicappers sway too much on the backswing, thus their hips are actually still behind the ball. On the other hand, low-handicappers move off the golf ball, but then have re-centered their hips by the time they reach the top of their backswing. The solution? Simply place a water bottle outside of your back heel (right foot, for right handed golfers), shifting your weight onto your front foot thus, lift your foot without knocking the ball over.
