Rule changes in 2019; dropping a ball

Year 2019 is just days away, and golf has already made some advanced rule changes and one of them is with regards to dropping a golf ball. There's a new procedure when it comes to dropping a ball, wherein you can only drop the ball when it's knee height and it mustn't touch any body part of the golfer before landing on the ground.
