Rory McIlroy wins at the 2019 Players Championship

It was indeed a very good day for Rory McIlroy as he blitzed through the Players Championship on a 1-shot win over Jim Furyk for his 15th PGA Tour win. Finishing at 16 under, McIlroy had a final round of 70 enough to beat Furyk's 67. Prior to this win, McIlroy had top-6 finishes this year; Sentry Tournament (4th), Farmers Insurance Open (T5), Genesis Open (T4), WGC-Mexico (runner-up) and Arnold Palmer Invitational (T6).
