PGA Tour’s new rule preventing a Bryson DeChambeau strategy

Sometimes, you've got to adjust certain rules in order to make golfers like Bryson DeChambeau playing with unconventional strategy specially on difficult holes like the 18th at TPC Sawgrass. DeCheambeau's plan is to drive to the left over the water all through the 9th fairway which caught PGA Tour's attention, thus making a rule to prevent the ‘Scientist' from delivering a heavy blow; adding an out-of-bounds line on the left side of the water.
