One of England’s best, the Royal Birkdale Golf Club

The Royal Birkdale Golf Club has been home to the Open Championship and Women's British Open for quite a few years and has already listed a few winners in the likes of Tom Watson, Jordan Spieth and the late Arnold Palmer. Located in Southport, England, Royal Birkdale was established in 1889 and was designed by Frederick Hawtree and John Henry Taylor and was awarded as ‘Royal' in 1951.
