Oakland Hills’ South Course finishes restoration for future tournaments
Private golf club Oakland Hills has just completed its major restoration, thanks to golf course architect Gil Hanse, and will be ready for future elite competitions once it resumes operations. The course was originally designed by Donald Ross and was established in 1916 (South Course, 1918 and North Course, 1923). According to sources, the restoration project's cost is $12USD that ran for 2 years and we can expect that Oakland Hills will climb up the rankings of the best private courses around the nation.
