Notables who missed the cut at the 2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic

This can't be avoided. And as always, there are notable players who'll be going home empty-handed as they missed their cut at the 2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic. But before doing so, PGA Tour mainstay Nick Watney just broke his string of 12 consecutive missed cuts which began last April at the Valero Texas Open. Watney made birdies on five holes in a seven-hole stretch en route to posting an opening-round 5-under 67. Well, the others, not so fortunate enough to move on.
