Nelly Korda takes home the 2021 Meijer LPGA Classic title

Nelly Korda followed-up her recent win at Gainbridge LPGA with another at the 2021 Meijer LPGA Classic, making her the 1st 2-time winner on the LPGA this year. Korda shot a career best 62 heading into the final round and finished a tournament record of 25-under, eventually defeating Leona Maguire by 2 shots. Korda admitted that she struggled during the final day, caused primarily by some missed fairways. Nevertheless, she kept her composure and finished the event with a total of 263, and recording her 5th LPGA Tour victory.
