Michelle Wie withdraws name from the LA Open

Michelle Wie has withdrawn from the Hugel-Air Premia LA Open. A doctor's visit made Wie take her name out of the tournament, and she said that her body needs to properly heal and eventually get back at full health in the upcoming events. She recently played at Thailand in February wherein she finished at 23rd and just after that withdrew at the HSBC Women's World Championship during the opening round.
