Jason Day began his afternoon with a pair of birdies on his opening holes, added another at #5 then went on a feeding frenzy on the back nine with birdies on 5 of the first 7 holes to sign for a 7-under 63. He's currently leading by 1 stroke over Joel Dahmen in TPC Potomac at the 2022 Wells Fargo Championship. This year, Day has two top-10 finishes at the Farmers Insurance Open (T-3) and Zurich Classic of New Orleans (T-10) and six missed cuts, and right now he's off to a good start, perhaps looking to add another PGA Tour victory under his name.
