Cam Davis wins the Rocket Mortgage Classic for 1st PGA Tour win

Every first win is simply the best feeling and for Cam Davis, it's very damn sure. Davis, who turned pro in 2016, scored his 1st PGA Tour win via playoff rounds at the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic, besting Joaquin Niemann and Troy Merritt by a par on the 5th extra hole. It was an feel-good moment for the Australian who also has won the 2018 Nashville Golf Open (Web.com Tour) and the 2017 Emirates Australian Open (PGA Tour of Australasia). Niemann was in control for majority of the tournament but Davis capitalized eventually closing out the final round with 67, then Niemann got eliminated at the 1st hole.
