It's a roller-coaster ride for Joaquin Niemann, winning 3 major pro contests in Chile, making the cut at the Greenbrier and qualifying for the US Open. But to add more to his impressive year, he won the Mark H. McCormack medal, as the top golf amateur. Notable golfers who won the said award were Matthew Fitzpatrick, Danny Lee and Jon Rahm.
