Adrian Meronk cruising to a 3-shot lead at the Dunhill Championship

Pro golfer Adrian Meronk has just made history as the first Polish golfer to hold a lead in a round on the European Tour. Meronk scored 66 in the second round (1st rd. 65) to claim the lead after day 2 at the 2020 Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek Country Club. Despite a final-hole bogey, Meronk was able to seize the lead after a total of 6 birdies and 1 eagle by the end of the 2nd round. Trailing and tied behind Meronk are Richard Bland and Joachim Hansen, both scoring at 64.
