Patrick Reed realizes one round can be the spark to ignite such a return, and so he did by firing 4-under 66 in the first round of the Charles Schwab Challenge. Currently, he's tied with a couple of players including world #1 Scottie Scheffler. Reed has missed five cuts this season and earned just one top 10, eventually sliding down to 38th at the official rankings. His 1st round highlights include a bunker shot on the 222-yard 4th, birdies of 14 feet on the 196-yard 8th, one foot on the 193-yard 13th and 20-feet on the 197-yard 16th.
