Xander Schauffele hangs on to win the 2018 WGC-HSBC Champions

After a playoff battle that saw 2 of golf's elite in Xander Schauffelle and Tony Finau, it was the former who emerged victorious by winning at the 1st playoff hole (18th) at the WGC-HSBC Champions in Shanghai, China. Finau had the lead entering the final round but Schauffele proved to be the better one despite a bogey on the 15th. When Finau missed a 2o-foot birdie, Schauffele capitalized and sealed the victory for his 3rd PGA Tour win.
