Yes! You've seen and heard it right. TaylorMade golf is now sold, and it is sold to KPS Capital Partners LP. And it's been bought at an eye-popping $425 million dollars. Though it has been officially sold, the deal would not be finalized until late of 2017. But still it's a good news.
